Lead designer on the implementation of a personal account area for cottages. 

I worked with the UX manager to elaborate on initial idea and research. 

Working on the customer journey utilising user workflows paper wireframing and interactive hi-fi prototypes, conducting contextual interviews with these prototypes to address any pain points and gathering feedback.
